This archive is organized by the campaign of Lucas Nascimento de Medeiros's family and friends. Filipe Fortunato, Lucas's brother, is responsible for publication and editorial commentary. The cited outlets are responsible for their own reporting.

How we research

The review of 19/10/2026 included searches in Portuguese, English, Turkish and Hebrew, using variations of Lucas's name and references to Turkey, İzmir and immigration custody. Brazilian and international results, Portuguese news outlets and public social media pages were consulted.

Coverage of the entire internet cannot be guaranteed. Incomplete indexing, removed content, access barriers and nonpublic posts limit the search. Not finding a news report does not prove it does not exist.

The outlet's page could be read. This confirms what was published, not necessarily the accuracy of every account it reproduces.

Document reported by the press

A news report describes a document. Attribution to the outlet remains visible; this does not mean the original document is available or authenticated on this site.

Family account

Information received from a family member, with its origin and date stated when available. It does not replace a forensic conclusion.

Partial reading through the index

The link and an excerpt were found in search results, but the full content, authorship or date could not be confirmed on the platform.

Under investigation or disputed

There are accounts or pieces of information to compare. The archive keeps the question open until identifiable evidence is available to clarify it.

Dates, connections and republications

The network orders news by publication. It does not establish the chronology of events. Times without a time zone are kept as displayed by the outlet; any discrepancy between the visible time, URL and metadata is recorded in the commentary.

Links without a confirmed date are excluded from the chronology. Republications and videos of the same report are identified; repetition does not amount to independent confirmation. Lines between cards indicate editorial connections, never evidence of causation or a crime.

Review of 19/10/2026

• Addition of three previously missing pages: Terra / Mais Novela, Record / Fala Brasil and Tribuna do Norte / Estadão Conteúdo.
• Addition of five Instagram links, marked as partially read and without a confirmed date.
• Identification of the official video embedded by Record Europa as an alternative way to access the same report.
• SBT News time correction: the entry now shows 12:30, as on the page, while the commentary preserves the difference from the earlier conversion of the UTC metadata.
• Creation of permanent pages for each entry, with its source, context and connections.

Limits of this review

No additional international reports could be verified sufficiently beyond those already listed. TikTok limited automated access; Instagram restricted direct reading. No new Threads or X links could be confirmed in this round. This does not mean there was no coverage.

How to request a correction

Send the original link, the information that needs reviewing and, if possible, the source supporting the correction. Do not send unnecessary personal documents. The organizers can be contacted through the campaign channel on Kickante.

We withhold the name of Lucas's sister in our own writing. We do not publish personal data about petition supporters. Screenshots refer back to the original outlets; the rights to the materials remain with their holders.
